Carli Wargo has been working in the field of recovery and substance use treatment for over 7 years. Carli started her social work journey in California working with teenagers and families in the foster care system. After losing her 21 year old brother to an overdose, Carli found herself transitioning to the substance use field and finding a passion in working alongside people with substance use disorders and supporting their recovery journeys.
Carli previously worked as a director for a large non-profit in New York City, starting up and overseeing overdose prevention work, outpatient substance use treatment, and crisis work with people experiencing homelessness.
Carli graduated from California State University Northridge in 2014 with a masters in social work. In 2021, Carli obtained a CASAC (credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselor) and completed her hours to obtain her license in clinical social work.

Philippe's dedication to eradicating the stigma of recovery led him to establish Inservice with Aaron and Natasha. While earning a business degree at Emory University prepared Philippe for his current role as Vice President at a successful logistics company, his influential work in the healing and recovery space is powerfully informed by seven-plus years of personal recovery. Philippe, a New York City native, and avid boxer, now lives in Florida.

Natasha brings over a decade of expertise in mental health to her leadership at SilverBell Global, where she orchestrates global systems and multidisciplinary teams from the US to the UK to the UAE and beyond.
Natasha curates socially relevant dialogues with leading practitioners and clinicians to deepen conversations around mental health, wellbeing, and spirituality. Recent thought leadership includes The Neuroscience of Productivity, Health, and Peace of Mind at the Vida Emirate Hills in Dubai with global experts Nour El Hafi, Lena Weissenborn, Dr. Samer El Hayek, Chantal Ishae and Dr. Wayne Kampers, Grace Under Pressure with Dr. Stephen Pereira, Sir António Horta-Osório, Dr. Jon Goldin, and Edwin Smith, EIC of SPEARS, and Sex & Love: An Intimate Conversation with Clinical Sexologist Dr. Adrienne Loth and Jean Campbell, host of the podcast “i’m fine.” At the prestigious 2024 Masters Events, Natasha presented her personally crafted panel, Women and Money: The Value of Self-Worth, featuring Clinical Psychologist Dr. Melita Stancil, Diana Chambers, founder of The Chambers Group and author of True Wealth: Letters on Money, Life, and Love, and psychotherapist Holli Rubin, of The Soke, London.
Beyond her leadership role at SilverBell Global, Natasha serves as an Ambassador for the Partnership to End Addiction and Vice President of the NCADD/Westchester Board of Directors, where her contributions were recently honored at their Hope & Resilience Gala. Natasha’s commitment to service, access, and sustainable care is reflected in her co-founding of Inservice Foundation, which supports underserved populations, and the creation of the Megan Ann Foundation in 2024, established to support sober mothers and survivors of intimate partner violence navigating divorce without adequate resources.

Aaron Gershenson was well into a successful career in real estate when he heeded the call to enter the healing and wellness space. As a founder and managing director of Arivvd, a fully integrated mental health solution, Aaron brings considerable experience as a life advisor to a sophisticated clientele looking for untraditional paths to recovery. Arivvd’s recently launched a Generational Wealth and Succession Consulting arm which engages clients on a constellation of wealth management issues through the transformative lens of family systems and relationship building.
Aaron’s personal recovery journey gives him unique insight into the challenges and pressures many of his clients face. This intimate knowledge, coupled with certification from the University of Pennsylvania in Positive Psychology, enables Aaron to inspire and empower clients worldwide.
A CCAR Recovery coach and Level 1 Sober Coach, Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from NYU and certification in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Aaron is currently an MBA candidate at the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

For the last eight years, Will Vought has been a critical member of the SBC Global team His work is grounded in the principles of long-term sustainable recovery and personal abstinence.
Will's ability to empathize with and relate to his network of clients across the country stems from his own sobriety journey. Will is dedicated to being of service and creating ample opportunities for transformative growth.
A CASAC and CARC certified sober coach and companion, Will works exclusively with Natasha Silverbell under the tutelage of world-renowned psychiatrist Dr. Rami Kaminski in New York City.
Will’s thousands of hours of 1:1 recovery coaching include many high-profile cases as well as his highly effective work with teenagers experiencing trauma-based behavioral challenges and life-threatening substance-use disorders.
Will holds degrees in Communication Theory and Political Science from Goucher College and the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University and is a former staffer in the West Wing of the White House serving under President Clinton.
Will is the author of the forthcoming book No One is Listening focusing on the founder and CEO of a well-known addiction treatment center in Los Angeles.

David Savir is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Element Pointe Advisors, a family office wealth management firm focused on providing portfolio management, wealth management, complex financial planning, consulting, and advisory services to high net worth families. He is responsible for leading Element Pointe’s overall management and strategy and is involved in all aspects of the firm’s portfolio management and advisory services. Prior to co-founding Element Pointe in 2016, David held the position of Vice President at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, directing a team of investment and lending professionals in advising ultra-high net worth clients throughout the U.S. Prior to J.P. Morgan, David was a Private Wealth Advisor in the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for advising and managing investment portfolios for high net worth individuals and families.
David received his JD and MBA degrees from the University of Miami, where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and Graduate Assistant to the Business Law faculty, performing academic research in the areas of securities regulation, corporate governance, and business ethics. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida. David is a member of The Florida Bar.*
In addition to serving on the board of Inservice Foundation, David serves on the Board of Directors of Temple Menorah of Miami Beach, and on the Finance and Investment Committee of the Lehrman Community Day School. He is a past board member of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship South Florida, and has served as a mentor to students in the University of Miami Entrepreneurship Program.
He resides in South Florida with his wife, Jacqueline, and their four children.

Jesse Rubin is Head of Partnerships & Strategy at Onlife, the deep-tech platform that strives to revolutionize mapping and the consumer internet via machine learning. His work ethic, empathy, and overall leadership style has been directly attributed to his recovery and wellness journey. While work and family commitments make life hectic, Jesse finds that he is most fulfilled when he is being of service to others.
Jesse graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies. He lives in New York and is an avid cinephile.
